What kind of parking do you offer? We offer a covered parking garage featuring a parking lift system. This means you have a designated covered parking space and we do allow more than one parking space per apartment. 

Are there any restrictions on the parking lift system? Yes, the parking lift system doesn't allow for vehicles longer than 190" long or above 81" tall which commonly includes trucks, mini-vans, and larger SUVs. 

Do you offer any guest parking? We don't have any on-site guest parking as the only parking we have is inside our parking lift system. There are many city parking spaces surrounding The DeWitt and your guests shouldn't have a problem finding street parking. 

If I have a truck, mini-van, or large SUV that won't fit in the parking lift system, what are my options for parking? The only on-site parking we have available is inside the parking lift system but we would be happy to refer you to other parking options in the area. 

Do you have a pool or spa? We do not have a pool or spa but we have many other amazing amenities at our community. Check out our Amenities page for more information. 

Do you have a designated area for package deliveries? We do have parcel lockers through Parcel Pending in our basement. Only current residents and delivery carriers have access to this secure location for your deliveries. 

How do I put in a work order with maintenance? There are many different options for putting in a service request with our maintenance team. You can contact the leasing office by phone or email or you can put in a request through the resident portal. 

How long does it take for a work order? Our maintenance team completes all work order within 1 business day. We also have on-call emergency maintenance for any after-hours emergency situations. 

When are all of the amenities open? Our fitness center and conference room are available 24/7 for your convenience! Our lobby is also open 24/7 so you can take advantage of our coffee machine anytime. Our clubroom and rooftop are open from 8:00AM-10:00PM. 

Are you pet friendly? We love pets at The DeWitt! We have an on-site dog wash and pet park for our furry residents to use.
